An Ode to Summer

I am sooo sad that Labor Day weekend was the LAST weekend for swimming pools. Ironically, we visited another swimming pool this summer instead of the the one we normally go to. The other pool was a little further from the house but it was less crowded and the toddler pool was much friendlier because it came stocked with pool toys and a sprinkler.

The only picture of my two kiddies because Sebastian was mostly in the bigger pool while I stayed in the little pool ;-)
She likes sitting in the laundry basket at home too...go figure!
I love overhead shots.
Ava and Taylor. This was the only time Ava stayed in the ring. She preferred holding on to Taylor or Mommy.
Just chilling by the pool (for all of five seconds). She even ran across the grass to get her "glasses".
We even chased this butterfly around the edge of the pool.
