We are in the middle of our week long vacation at the beach. The first two days we arrived the weather wasn't cooperating. We had severe thunderstorms the day after we arrived and scattered thunder showers the following day. Plus the temperature was around 70 - 75 degrees which meant the water was 10 degrees cooler.
Here are photos of the thunderstorm (aftermath). This was the sidewalk next to and behind the house. Michael had to move our car because he was afraid it was going to rain some more.
I'm posting two videos. The first one is Ava's first beach walk. She wasn't too sure what to think and every time she fell down, she wanted to be picked up. Of course you could hear how windy it was so it didn't help with balancing on the sand.
Ava got a chance to practice her beach legs the second day and as you will see from the video, once she got the hang of it, there was no stopping her.
