We finally got to use our brand new grill two weekends in a row. The first time we BBQ'd spareribs and the second time we BBQ'd beef briskets. Michael slathered the briskets with homemade dry rub and babysat the briskets for four hours.
What do you do when you have four hours to kill? Get a head massage!!
