Open House Season

We had our first open house last weekend. We have had a total of one house showing and one couple showed up for the open house. We have another house showing this Saturday. The house market is SLOW. We acknowledge the fact that we will be living in the house one more year.


At least the house was clean and in order.  This is what you call "staging" in the professional Real Estate world.  To make your house appear enticing, liveable and "move in" condition.
