Apple slingshots! This was the most popular activity of the afternoon. In fact, we had to go back twice to do this. The kids got to put rotten apples in these giant sling shots and the target were the two metal buckets out in the middle of the field. I think the prize was a free pumpkin. Sebastian and Elizabeth got really close on one of their shots.
Ava didn't really get to sling the apple. She did try to hold on to the slingshot but when Elizabeth released the sling, Ava almost got dragged across the gravel. Luckily she just fell to her knees...my poor baby.
