On Tuesday, Sebastian's school had their annual "visitor's day." Michael worked from home and I went in to work and then met him up at the school later in the morning. Even though Sebastian is in third grade, he was ecstatic that both his parent came to his classroom. Not every parent could make it and there was one other child who had both parents there as well. We told Sebastian that as long as we can do it (work schedule) and as long as he wants us to come, we will always be there.
Yep...he's still a "clutter bug". That's why we keep writing emails to the teacher to let her know he forgot to write down his assignments or forgot a paper in his desk.
One of the class exercises was to write about something memorable (for example, a time you remembered something special happened). Mrs. Frank gave an example from her childhood memory and then asked the students to write theirs down on paper.
This was Sebastian's special moment....
