I realize I have left out a few days in December because some pics are on the Nikon camera, some are on the Canon camera and some are on on my laptop. I will go back and post the rest of the pics after this one (once I find them)!
For two consecutive years, we have started a new tradition. We hosted Thanksgiving for the family and then we go around and visit everyone on Christmas day. We start out at our house on Christmas morning, then head over to Mom Mom and Pop Pop's house late morning. We go to Grandmom's house in the early afternoon and have lunch with Uncle Curtis. My brother has Christmas dinner at his house and we arrive after dinner for coffee and dessert.
It's a full day for the kids and they generally don't know what they got for Christmas until a few days afterwards. We were talking about one year just skipping the presenst and packages and just take a family holiday vacation on some island somewhere. I'm already looking forward to that holiday!
