I'm soo behind in my blog updates. We've been really busy with house projects, weekend activities and work. Last weekend we got our new kitchen floor in. Let's just say we have a whole laundry list of things we would like to improve in the house. We've been living in this house for almost eight years and we decided that we would like to make one major home improvement every year going forward (if we have the funds).

At the top of our list for home makeover this year is cleaning the basement, finish the drywall in the basement, install carpets in the basement, give a couple rooms in the house a fresh coat of paint, replace window shutters, paint the garage and porch posts and put new mulch down. Gee, that will take us to the end of May at the very least!
