Feeding the turkeys and chickens.
Ava of course threw the food into the chicken pens. Not trusting any caged animals right now. Maybe it's a good thing.
The kids actually got to see the hen lay her egg. I remember one of the boys shouting, "hey, I can see it coming out of her thingy!"
What's wrong with this picture? The roosters got to run around outside the cages while the hens were locked up and laying eggs. It just shows the roosters are too "chicken" to lay the eggs...ha ha! :-O
