I had made a flu shot appointment for both kids on Saturday. They were suppose to get the regular flu shot and the swine flu shot. When I made the appointment, they didn't tell me that Saturday was "Clinic" day at the office. It meant that they bring in as many patients as possible to get flu shots. So when we arrived, there were at least 60 families there waiting in line. Suffice to say, the parents weren't happy and the medical staff team were cranky and unfriendly. Thankfully, the kids were well behaved and the adults survived all the moodiness. The line wrapped all the way around the waiting area and around the front entrance. It was hot and stuffy with all the people in the building.
