Okay, so lunch didn't look very appetizing at first. The catch of the day was Elephant Fish and it lives up to it's reputation, or looks. 
The servers would take the meat off the fish and prepare rice rolls for us. Thank goodness we didn't have to do it ourselves.
The rest of the meal was very tasty!

Monique, the elephant fish beats any of the glassy eyed fish that stared at us on plates in various restaurants in China.
Ooooh, pepto bismal, !! The rest of the fare does look good.
