Scenes from a Pho Shop

Paul Pinkerton mentioned about this Pho shop the other night at dinner. He said we haven't tasted the real Pho unless we go to this shop. Well, I obsessed about it for two days and finally this morning we ventured out. I've been eating the Pho soup here at the hotel restaurant but Paul said it wasn't the same. Of course, after you see the pictures, you'll know why Michael was a little turned off by the family style atmosphere.

You just plunk yourself down at any available spot. Reservations is not required.









You order your bowl of soup which comes with the basics, broth, beef or chicken, noodles and some green onions. The condiments are already at the table and you dress up your Pho however you like. This is where Michael started getting queezy. He has that same reaction at buffets.
