The tails of two fish

Looks like this fish got to see another day. They would catch the Elephant fish right next to where we were sitting.















Fins and all! Mr. Binh, our AFTH Director in Vietnam claims that the fins and tails are the best part of the fish. Kind of like the wing tips of fried chicken I guess. He didn't convince me so I just took a picture anyway ;-)
