Saying Goodbye to Ciao Cafe

Since we didn't eat breakfast, lunch or dinner on Saturday, the staff at the Xiao Cafe (hotel restaurant) were inquiring about us. Remember, that was the day we decided to venture out and eat Pho outside the hotel. They knew we were leaving on Sunday so we made sure we had our last breakfast there. I was kind of sad to leave. They were so good to our children.

Also, we had gotten to know some of the staff and Hoan, the young lady in the pictures was telling us that they will be losing their jobs in September. The restaurant will be under new management or company and they will not be guaranteed a job. Hoan said that she is looking for another job right now. How sad. They do work very hard. I have seen they work 11 hour shifts and they only get one day off a week. I have complaints about my employment!
