Daily Activities

We interviewed with CIS on Monday and we did a little more shopping on Tuesday. Ava woke up only one time last night. That was the first for her! She usually wakes up about 4 times. Maybe we are on the road to a full night sleep, well, until we come back to the States and her clock gets thrown off again. Wednesday we will go visit the quilt shop and then we have medical check ups for all the babies.

This post is about Ava's daily activities. We basically wake up and play on the bed for an hour and a half until it's time for breakfast. Since she gets up between 6-6:30 a.m., we have lots of play time. She has discovered her tongue and she was extra giggly today.












Ava laughs at her reflection every day when we go in the elevator because the elevator has mirrors on all the walls. The elevator could be another source of amusement for her.









Yesterday we went to the New World Hotel for a breakfast buffet. We were getting tired of the breakfast choices at our hotel so we ventured out early. Plus we heard the New World's buffet had waffles! We miss the American breakfasts, even though I love the Pho (noodle soup) here. Guess what they had at the buffet? Yep, Pho!

There was this boy (Nathan I think) and his younger sister at the buffet. Nathan was nine and his sister was 18 months. He was picking her up and carrying her around. They reminded me so much of Sebastian and what Ava is going to look like ;-) So I had to take a picture of them.
